I am looking at purchasing a 60Da. Anyone have experience with the unit on objects such as IC-434, M1, and M45?
I have a Televue 101, 102 and a Celestron 8 to try it with and reasonably dark skies.

Thanks
Mike

IC434 and M45 are large objects and your NP101 should do it easily. ISO 1600 at 5min exposures from dark skies would do. Take at least 20x frames, use darks and flats. M1 is very small- you can try it with your C8, but it will need good tracking. Might want to use the reducer lens.

Good luck
Ivan
