Hey Astromart,

Kind of new here, I am hoping for a little back and forth. My rig contains a newly aquired CGEM 1100, canon t3i, adapter w/eyepiece, intervolometer, and a dew wrap for the collector end of the scope. I'm just starting out and enjoying every minute. Here are some of the issues I'm regularly having.
-After aligned, and functional for a short time, the alignment begins to be off more and more. I've had to recalibrate to another star or planet and it still never realigns perfectly.
-When trying to image something too dim to see with your eye, what is the best way to test and take images with the t3i?
-Are there any helpful programs out there besides Stellarium and Nublosity?
-Any other advice will be very much appreciated.

Thank you all, I am great full for such a supportive community.

Don
