Hello all, i've just bought a roll of Fuji Provia 400F film, and i have'nt used it yet. It says that it is colour reversal film. Can anybody tell me wahat that means, and what can i expect of the night sky shots that i take with it?
Thanks, Keith.....

It means that when you get the film developed you will have 35mm film positives, or color slides. You will have to project them to see them enlarged. For prints, you will have to either scan the slides to make digital prints, have internegatives made to print to color prints the "typical" way, or take to a custom lab to have Cibachromes or "R" prints made. Most Astrophotographers who use slide film simply scan them and then do all the various manipulations in the computer before printing/saving as digital files.
Clear skies and good luck!
