This image was taken with my D2H and 200mm macro lens. Since I don't have a good ring flash, I wanted to use natural light. This forced me to shoot at ISO 800, and even then I could still only get to f/9 at 1/125s. At that speed, hand shake and wind come into play, and the DOF is still not the best. To compensate for that, I put the camera on Ch (continuous high-speed) mode, and fired off bursts of 10 shots or so. Usually the first shot or two was a bit blurred from shaking, then the others were very clear as I steadied from depressing the shutter button. I had read about this trick somewhere but never tried it. Worth trying for those who can do it.
