What to do?

I sent a fellow a cashiers check on Feb 28 for an item I purchased from him on astromart and I haven't heard from him. So I e-mailed him to ask if everything is ok and he responded that he had not received my check yet. Its been over two weeks. Should I wait a little longer, say a week or so? I would like so advice!

I love happy endings. I feared for that my letter was jammed up under the foot pedals of the mail truck or something worse. Just the other day I had a outgoing letter in my box with the red flag up and everything. I heard the mail person drive up and then drive off. I went out to get my mail and they left the dang letter in with my new mail. I looked it over and found nothing wrong and left it there for the next day. The following day they took it. I may start taking my important stuff to the P.O. myself.
