Good argument for free mail. The issue in the past was verification of who you actually are. The overwhelming majority did not want a part of it because we did not want the fraud that unfortunately seems to go with it. This verification process eliminates the issue. If we know you are you and where your bill arrives we can go after you or the locals will.
