Not to pray but to pray in a group with other Muslims in a high-security prison. So the guards have the added risk of dealing with this group on a daily basis.

Guns in the hands of criminals and the mentally/emotionally disturbed is a real problem. This proposed legislation is nothing more than a ploy from the Land of Fruits and Nuts to make it harder to legally own guns.

Recently the MS legislature signed the ratification of the 13th amendment after 147 or so years. Quoted one politician, "We held out as long as we could but we think this non-slavery thing is going to stick around so we might as well give in". wink

Romney played tough to get the Republican nomination. With that in hand he needs to backtrack to reach those voters he might have alienated while playing hardball. He is going to be very careful about what he says. There's a term for a candidate who takes a position and sticks to it come hell or high water - unelectable. The Apostle Paul said it best (paraphrased) "be all things to all people".

While I disagree with Obama using an executive order, I would have no problem if the gist of the XO was passed by congress. Those affected had no choice coming here and should have some time to be above the radar and get their affairs in order in case they have to return. If they served in the military, then they should get US citizenship.

On a tangent, how can illegals (other than forges papers) enlist in the military or attend college? I remember way back when having to have plenty of ID to attend a state university.
