It's usually cloudy this time of year here, but right at sunset last night it cleared up and my wife and I saw it from our front yard naked eye and with binoculars. Spectacular, glad I saw it as there is no chance tonight.

About 6:45 a break in the overcast appeared in the SW and I got another glimpse of it. Didn't even bother with binos as the seeing was really bad and it was right over my neighbor's roof.

Vetoing a defence bill because he wants to honor dead civil war rebel scum? Treating the Covid relief bill just before Christmas when many americans are hurting? Ignoring the virus altogether?
