Lost Ratings? All of my feedback gone!

I cant speak to the lifetime thing.....but its entirely possible under the new software that the feedback is linked to the ads.....delete the ads and the feedback goes with it.

When I looked at your account the other day when you reported the theft there was at least a couple other feedbacks....you removed a couple of ads and evidently the feedback went with them.....

Deleting ads has always been a point of contention.....as it is greatly beneficial to those researching pricing etc to be able to search and review ad histories. It has also been a point of controversy for as long as I can recall as there are quite a few professional sellers who avoid being forced to become supporting vendors by deleting all their ads to hide the fact that they are abusing the system when selling a couple hundred or more items per year......tying the feedback to the ads would definitely hinder that practice.....
