First of all, he says "we know this, that Federal Prosecutors have evidence that the President committed a felony by ordering and paying Michael Cohen to break the law".
He or We don't know anything. Right now Andrew Napolitano is operating on Hearsay evidence.
That is a sorry indication of Judge Napolitano's legal prowess these days.
Unless he's part of the prosecution team, he doesn't know what "evidence" this NY District Court has to charge the President. He's seeing what they have presented to a court.
He's acting like a judicial sleuth, and its pretty sorry that he's jumping the gun wanting to impress Shepard Smith.
That's it, nothing more.
IF they think they have something on Trump, then they will go forth I'm sure, because they are like many other liberal prosecutors, hellbent on getting a feather in their caps.
Donald Trump paid a woman out of his Private pocket, not out of campaign, and their entire case rests upon the story coming from a convicted Criminal who was given a deal, and has admitted to lying over and over.
Even if it were true, that Trump ORDERED this criminal lawyer to pay off a woman with Donald Trump's personal funds, that isn't even close to a campaign finance violation according to the experts I've listened to.
If this is the best that they've got, the word of a crook Michael Cohen, then my guess is they are truly in trouble.
President Trump will have the best lawyers to counter this nonsense after he's out of office, and the NY District Court doesn't hold any credibility because Napolitano talks them up as some sort of "professional" litigators.
Then again, I imagine that this news made you pee your pants now didn't it? LOL
Oh and BTW, People also knew Hilary was a crook, selling her Sec'y of State badge to the highest bidder, as well as getting rich off of her Clinton Foundation money, along with violating numerous statutes under the espionage act, but you still voted for her didn't you now?
