Funny though, that these same colleges and universities that lie and say they embrace free expression, even those that are objectionable, would in the same instance suspend a student who wears a Make America Great hat, without reservation.  At the very least they would forbid that Trump supporting student from being able to express his political views.  

So this week the world has witnessed the Anti-semitic Democrat party Support Hamas at these colleges and Universities, as well as factions of the Leftist Democrat Party in Congress who have openly stated support for Hamas. 

And who are these cretins of humanity in Congress for whom the OP makes excuses?  

Answer:  Ilhan Omar, Rasheeda Tlaib, Ayanna Presley, Cory Bush, AOC (who was for the BDS movement against Israel), etc...

And what do all these vile individuals in Congress and at the Universities have in Common?

Answer:  They are ALL leftist Democrats.  

So what was the solution for this problem at Columbia University?  Did they expel these students?

Of course not.  What did the cowards in charge at Columbia University do to fix this?  

Answer:  They decided to essentially close down the schools and have the students study from home to avoid problems.

 Typically cases like these, especially the Jack Smith fraudulent prosecutions take years to get into court, but with Smith's prosecution, he's trying to get it brought as fast as humanly possible.

And then the prosecution hands over 3 MILLION Pages of documents for the Trump team to go through, in 8 months.

Then they pushed to have the trial begin in March, 7 months after giving the discovery documents to the Trump team.

What person could have enough lawyers to go through 11 Million pages of documents that are being used to try their client.  

Even with TEAM of lawyers, how many documents would that law group be able to read and prepare a case against in 7 months?  

Answer:  Nobody.  No team of lawyers could be expected to be able to prepare a case for trial in 7 months to counter the US DOJ, which has 100 if not 1000 lawyers to prosecute Donald Trump.
