Neptune, Uranus, Mercury - from in town site?

Hi Lee,

All three planets should be visible with the 70mm, 102mm and 8 inch scope even with light pollution. You should be able to see Mercury with binoculars. I think a 70mm is the minimum with light pollution for Uranus and Neptune.
