Your words Rich, not mine.  You totally flustered a poor girl who is just trying to do her minimum wage job.  You scared her.  She handed you the cup because she wisely determined that that was the safest way to get you out of the store without a scene.  This story might have been cute if she had, "laughed with me and said 'I'm sorry Mr. Davis, but the rules are the rules...'"   As it is, you bullied her and don't even appreciate it.  Hell, you see it as a sign of something good.

Of course you might have to upgrade your laptop!  I was getting about 15 frames per second with my old usb2 "astro-laptop" but with my newer usb3 "work-laptop" I can get 80 frames per second full frame, or even a couple hundred fps if I use a smaller frame size.
