20 Nagler Type 5 VS 22 Nagler Type 4

The newer 20 is type 5.The old 20 a type 2.This can get confusing 8O Eye relief is much better in the 22 than either.19 for the 22 vs 12 for the new 20 but the 22 weighs 1.5 lbs. vs 1 lb. for the twenty.I went with the 22 because of all the great reviews and you know what?Everyone was right.You will not be disappointed.Check out the reviews on Cloudynights,Scopereviews and Todd Gross' weather/astronomy site.See these on Astromart for $350 to$400 depending on condition.

The Orion Vista 10x50's are 28 ounces and the 8x42's are 22!Very nice optics.I've owned the 42's for 8 yrs and use them for birding and girl-watching at the beach as well as astronomy 8O
