And he did, which is a Constitutional violation, since the Congress approved the weapons transfer.

He has NO right to do that and he's violating the US Constitution, but then when did Biden ever let the US Constitution stand in the way of his dictatorial Presidency.

Just like he ignored the US Supreme Court when they told him he had no power under the Constitution, he still did it anyway after the US Supreme court gave their ruling.

And if you believe all that, you probably believe Trump when he said the whole thing would have never happened if he was president, and, if re-elected, he'd get it cleared up in a day, along with Ukraine...
