How did his company take a reported $2 Billion equity investment and profit by "a Billion or more" as you falsely claimed.

Feel free to answer or make more irrelevant responses
Lol! It's HIS investment company!!!

"The firm has a staff of approximately 20 people. By 2024, the firm had returned no profits to its investors."

Oh Well Texas You Voted For Him...

"Trump's deportation vow alarms Texas construction industry"

"It would devastate our industry, we wouldn't finish our highways, we wouldn't finish our schools," said Stan Marek, CEO of Marek, a Houston-based commercial and residential construction giant. "Housing would disappear. I think they'd lose half their labor."

"That Texas relies on undocumented labor is one of the state's open secrets, despite Republicans' tough-on-immigration stances."

"Trump's sweeping campaign pledges likely have the support of Republican border hawks in Texas, where a state-led border mission called Operation Lone Star started in 2021 and has cost taxpayers more than $11 billion. The effort has included deployment of thousands of Texas National Guard and state police officers to the border, construction of barriers that include fencing, walls and razor wire on or near the banks of the Rio Grande, and a floating buoy barrier in the river."

Gavin Newsom In 2028?

The question then becomes who will the D's nominate in a fair and open nominating fight?  (The D's have not had a fair and open nominating fight since Obama's first run for the presidency, and I hope they are smart enough to learn from that.)  Either way, if Trump or circumstances give the voters the itch to throw out the incumbents, one more time, Newsome will win if he wins the nomination.  I wonder how that will go.
"So I reckon you think Newsome is a bad idea? "

I voted for a Republican candidate against him as a protest vote, more than once, if that clarifies it. (So much for Richard's perpetual lie that I unquestionably support all things democratic party).

I can't stand Newsom but I agree with you that he would have a chance if Trump wreaks havoc on the country...

Gavin Newsom In 2028?

"Will Gavin Newsom Seize the Helm of a Rudderless Democratic Party?"

"Newsom in particular appeared poised to take a leading role as one of the favored among even the small pool of potential candidates to replace Biden, though the party quickly coalesced around Harris as candidate, ending any plans for an open process."

Well, if they want a candidate who will run on the highest gas prices in the country, the most illegal immigrants and homeless, they've found their man...

The statement above is so moronic as to be one of the most absurd comments ever made by a prosecutor in the history of this country.

What kind of idiot states "those states will have to work out the immunity questions" of prosecuting a sitting President by State psychos like Alvin Bragg.

Furthermore, what kind of an idiot would believe that any of the 50 states in the USA would even have the power to bring criminal charges against a sitting President?

Only a mentally deranged meathead would believe that any court in the nation at the state level would be able to start prosecuting sitting Presidents of the USA.

Anyone with the tiniest of brains would have to realize what kind of Constitutional Chaos would ensue if sitting Presidents had to worry about some Rogue f'in prosecutor in a state would have the power to bring criminal charges against sitting Presidents.

Talk about a Constitution Crisis.

I guess that's too much though for a resident communist to understand.   shocked
Jack Smith's statements are spot-on and it takes a Trump "JD" Putin supporting commie to see it differently. shocked'( Hmm, maybe, just maybe, the states will decide to defer their prosecutions until after Trump's term expires and like Jack Smith has said, they should have the say in doing so...

Yet you are too stupid to figure that one out!  What a maroon!
No you friggin idiot, they prosecuted him because he broke the law both in the election subversion case and by keeping boxes of classified documents in his bathroom and sharing it to impress his guests at Mar A Lago...

Biden stole them from a gov't SCIF when he was a Senator.

Hilary Clinton had them.  She wasn't prosecuted.

Mike Pence had them.  He wasn't prosecuted.

Grow a brain you f'in imbecile.
It wasn't thrown out moron hence the statements from Smith.
Biden never had "tons" of classified documents and neither did Clinton or Pence and they cooperated with investigators instead of lying to them and refusing to cooperate in their return. The scale and intent and equivalence aren't even in the same universe...

Trump Beats The Election Subversion/Classified Documents Cases

Posted By Rod Kaufman

"Special counsel Jack Smith is dropping the federal election subversion and the mishandling of classified documents cases against President-elect Donald Trump, seeking the cases’ dismissal in court filings Monday."

“This outcome is not based on the merits or strength of the case against the defendant.”

“The Government’s position on the merits of the defendant’s prosecution has not changed,” Smith said in the filing."

"Smith, in a filing with a federal appeals court, said that prosecutors were keeping their case on mishandling classified documents alive against two of Trump’s employees."

"The case is before the 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals, which is reviewing Judge Aileen Cannon’s order dismissing all charges."

"Smith said he was seeking to drop the charges against the president-elect “without prejudice,” which would keep the door open for charges to be brought again in the future, calling the presidential immunity Trump will have as “temporary.”

"State cases will continue against Trump"

"As president, Trump will not have the power to interfere with the prosecutions brought against him by state authorities in Georgia and New York. However, the courts in those cases will still have to work out immunity questions and issues raised by his return to the White House."

"Though the election subversion case culminated this summer in a landmark Supreme Court ruling that said Trump enjoyed some presidential immunity from criminal prosecution, Trump’s strategy of delay in the case ensured that a trial never got underway before the November election."

It is ridiculous, given that the first Trump tariffs were pretty disastrous. Nothing seems to sway Trump from his core stances and policies, not even his previous bad results. Any objective analysis you read of the first Trump tariffs pans them terribly. It's unimaginable that anyone could think this is a good idea or defend it, yet they will. The only way this makes sense is if you look at it through the lens of someone who wants to harm America.
Nice summation by Pakman on Trump and his tariffs:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QchGOTpITfE

Of note in the comments by viewers of the above:

"Trust me, no Canadian in their right mind is trying to find a way to sneak into the US. We have our own issues, and thank goodness we don't have Trump to deal with."

"BTW, those tariffs break the trade contract that the US, Canada, and Mexico signed when Trump was president last time."

"Canada my home and native land just announced retaliatory tariffs although Mexico was not so friendly about it as we were. Spent 30 minutes today arguing with a group of Trump supporters at my workplace about tariffs and they still dont get it. I got so mad i screamed " trump supporters need to read a book like a Dictionary instead of believing the god king " and stormed out. Glade i retire in 4 weeks"

"Love thy neighbor, by tariffing them."

"Canadian here, I keep telling myself that not all Americans are MAGA but then again, half are."

"Canadians are tired of this baby. More guns and drugs come from USA then opposite."

"What borders Stupidity?"
"Mexico and Canada"
