Trump Names Abomination To Direct FBI

Posted By Rod Kaufman

https://www.cnn.com/2024/11/30/politics/video/kash-patel-fbi-pick-trump-kayyem-digvid

OMG! A wild eyed MAGA Whacko for yet another critical position! Again!

"Patel was viewed as a Trump loyalist and was almost installed as then-CIA Director Gina Haspel’s deputy until she threatened to resign over the move, Axios reported at the time."

"His short time at the Pentagon earned scrutiny from the now-disbanded Jan. 6 committee, asking him to sit for an interview after writing, “there is substantial reason to believe that you have additional documents and information relevant to understanding the role played by the Department of Defense and the White House in preparing for and responding to the attack on the U.S. Capitol, as well as documents and information related to your personal involvement in planning for events on Jan. 6 and the peaceful transfer of power.”

"Patel is also the author of a children’s book, “The Plot Against The King,” that advertises itself as telling the story behind “one of our nation’s biggest injustices.”
"The book portrays Patel as a wizard while Trump is clearly the king, facing threats from “Hillary Queenton” while others such as Nunes and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) make appearances."

"Patel currently sits on the board of the company that oversees Trump’s social media site."

Trump Demands Pardons of "J6 hostages"!

Posted By Rod Kaufman

I see the supporter of the Trump "JD" Putin commie posted his usual drivel in response to my OP. If he had bothered to look at the video link from a lawyer that prosecuted cases for the justice department, he'd see how wrong his nonsensical reply truly is...

Trump Demands Pardons of "J6 hostages"!

Posted By Rod Kaufman

Hmm, where to begin?

Did Hunter Biden break into the capitol building trying to stop the certification of a presidential election?
Did Hunter Biden beat the hell out of capitol police officers?
Did Hunter Biden bust into the capitol building carrying a confederate flag with a son or daughter in tow?
Did Hunter Biden break into the speaker of the house's office, kick his feet up on the desk, and lift personal belongings from the office?
Did Hunter Biden break into the capitol building and defecate everywhere?

Is Hunter Biden one of the few who, if ever, had their plea arrangement undone, recharged under the same circumstances after political pressure was applied by an opposing political party and face jail time for similar crimes that did not incur the likelihood of the same?

Hegseth Forced Out Of Veterans Groups!

Posted By Rod Kaufman

"Pete Hegseth, President-elect Trump’s pick to lead the Pentagon, was forced to step down by both of the two nonprofit advocacy groups that he ran due to mismanagement of funds, sexual impropriety and reports of intoxicated behavior, The New Yorker reported on Sunday."

"Hegseth’s reported booting from both Veterans for Freedom and Concerned Veterans for America raises further questions about his suitability to take the helm as Defense secretary, a position in which he would oversee the country’s largest federal agency that employs more than 2.8 million people."

"The publication cited a previously undisclosed whistleblower report on Hegseth’s time as the president of Concerned Veterans for America (CVA). That seven-page report, which chronicled his 2013 to 2016 tenure, describes him as being repeatedly intoxicated while acting in his official capacity and sometimes needing to be carried out of the organization’s events."

"Hegseth also reportedly drove the organization Vets for Freedom (VFF) into the ground financially.

"In 2007, he became president of the group, which advocated for expanding the war in Iraq and was funded by several Republican billionaire donors. But under Hegseth’s leadership, the organization ran up enormous debt with money reportedly being wasted on expenses such as parties."

"Deny, defend, depose"

Rich Davis: "I guess you understand that if one has a beef with an insurance company it is "Understandable" to expect that the CEO should be targeted for death,"

Leave to Richie to infer the OP is somehow ok with the murder of a CEO of the company in question. That's Richie and his self serving persona.

That said, the incident has ignited a firestorm of activity on the internet and in the media.

"The shocking, targeted killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson Wednesday struck a nerve on social media, triggering an outpouring of negative experiences with the tangled health care system in the U.S."

"Wilson says she's not celebrating that a man was killed, though certainly some people on social media were. She calls that a "dark impulse" that might stem from people's unresolved feelings of hurt and helplessness."

"UnitedHealthcare is the biggest private health insurer in the U.S., with an outsized market share in both the commercial insurance and Medicare Advantage markets. Its parent company, UnitedHealth Group reported $371.6 billion in revenue last year and faces an antitrust lawsuit to block its $3.3 billion acquisition of a rival home health and hospice service."

"... a professor of social policy at the University of Michigan who studies administrative burdens involved in accessing government services, says barriers to health care access are especially painful."

"It's one thing to be frustrated at the DMV because you have a ton of paperwork to fill out or you have to spend an hour in line," she says. "It's a whole other thing to face those barriers when they are the difference between whether you're going to get life-saving care or not."

Well no Nim-Roddie the commie, I never inferred anything of the sort that Dave was OK with it.

He said he understood it meaning He can see why it happened.

Personally, I can't understand a mindset that holds a CEO responsible for whatever singular actions some employee or some algorithm does to a customer.

Nobody knows his reasoning and it seems that several lefties here are jumping to grand conclusions as to the motive of the shooter.

You are clairvoyant are you Nim-Roddie commie?  You know what the shooter's motive was Nim-Roddie commie?  Do you Nim-Roddie commie?

If so, let us all in on your secret Nim-Roddie commie.  Inquiring minds want to know.
Richie Davis on the OP: "I guess you understand that if one has a beef with an insurance company it is "Understandable" to expect that the CEO should be targeted for death,"

Obviously, the Trump "JD" Putin commie supporter doesn't connect the dots that it infers the OP is acceptable "to expect" "that the CEO should be targeted for death," as per Richie's own quoted words.

"Inquiring minds want to know."
Obviously, that excludes you...

This is not unlike Canada, where less than half (48%) of Canadians are "satisfied" with their provincial healthcare system – and only a quarter (25%) believe that additional funds injected in the system over the past decade have improved the situation.   https://www.ipsos.com/en-ca/less-half-of-canadians-are-satisfied-their-provincial-healthcare-system

I bet if we checked most 1st world nations, the feelings would be about the same.

I am not posting this to get into a pissing match about whose health care system is better - personally, or overall.  I am posting it to suggest that health care is a limited and extremely costly resource that must be distributed rationally in any system in any country.   I am reading into the parts of your post I highlighted above the suggestion that you think US citizens are particularly or uniquely dissatisfied with the US system.   If that is a fair read of your post, then we disagree on that point.  Sure, some people who might have had treatment denied or delayed for even a legitimate reason are dissatisfied, but this is not unique to the US system.  Not even close.  Jim
Hi Jim,

I think it's not necessarily the health care itself that is the issue but rather access to it due to the reported denials by health insurance carriers and the ensuing delays in obtaining care.

I'll reiterate once again, since you are not smart enough to get it.  The only person who is incorrectly inferring anything is yourself, but that is to be expected, because one thing I do understand is that You enjoy putting words into other's mouths, as you've done here once again.

Like I said, taking into consideration your dismal IQ it doesn't surprise ne that You are confused. I'm sure you go through daily life in a continuous brain fog.  smile

However, the fact remains that I do not now and never will understand the mindset of a killer who blames a CEO of a company.

I hope that I never in my life come to "Understand" a killer targeting the CEO of a company for death because that CEO works for a company.

My opinion is that if I was ever to be able to say that I understand it, then that would tell me that in some respects my mind is just slightly in sync with the mind of that psycho who killed the CEO for whatever reason he came up with in his twisted head.

That will never happen because I will never understand it.

I leave that to liberals and leftists to say they "Understand" it.

That is why I can confidently tell You unequivocally that You are the person who is incorrectly inferring something in this situation and not I.
For the TRUMP "JD" Putin-commie supporter and obtuse moron: You claim YOU will never understand it but you state that the OP will and by doing so you infer that's he's ok with it...

The ensuing delays have as part of their cause, Illegal immigrants accessing the system, as the vast majority if not ALL of illegal aliens inordinately USE the Emergency rooms of hospitals across the nation for any and all of their medical ills.

This is because illegal aliens understand that they cannot just go into hospitals around the nation and make appointments to have medical procedures done.

This fact alone is causing emergency rooms ALL across the nation to be clogged and causes delays for taxpaying and law abiding American citizens.

Anyone who has ever stepped into an emergency room to receive medical care in a hospital across the nation can attest to this fact.

And who exactly wants ILLEGAL aliens in this nation and Protects ILLEGAL aliens in this nation, shielding them from the law?

Which political party WANTS Illegal aliens in this country, and which political party created a phone app to INVITE illegal aliens in this country.

Well that would be the leftist Democrat party and leftist Democrat politicians like Denver Colorado's mayor who said he is willing to go to prison FOR illegal aliens as he wants to interfere with ICE Federal Law Enforcement arrests of these criminal ILLEGAL aliens.

That is a fact and protecting criminal ILLEGAL aliens from being deported which is what LEFTIST Democrat politicians and Mayors of cities are doing and have promised to do, is causing the problems and enormous costs to the American Taxpayer for Medical care.

That is another FACT.

So Your blame should Lie with the Law Breaking Leftist Democrat Mayors and Leftist Democrat politicians for much of the ensuing delays in obtaining medical care.
For the obtuse moron: The illegal alien argument that you've interjected has nothing to do with it. What's being addressed here is people being angry because their claims are being denied, principally for procedures that need approval by an insurance carrier and most of those are managed care policies, i.e. HMOs and the like.

The commentary and social media posts continue:

"There are, plainly, quite a few Americans who feel tolerance, or more, for Mangione’s perceived views."

"Some on social media took glee in the murder in its immediate aftermath, with some mocking the insurance industry’s penchant for “prior authorization” to make their feelings clear."
“I’m sorry, prior authorization is required for thoughts and prayers,” was the wording of one social media post that went viral and spawned many other messages using the same language."

"One post juxtaposed a weeping Kyle Rittenhouse — celebrated by conservatives after his acquittal in a controversial case over his 2020 shooting of three people, two fatally, in Kenosha, Wis.  — and a shirtless Mangione, accompanied by the caption “their shooters; our shooters.” It had been viewed more than 13 million times and liked more than 292,000 times by Tuesday evening."

"One post on the social platform X nominating Mangione as Time magazine’s “Person of the Year” — jokingly or otherwise — quickly drew more than 14,000 likes."

The "Liberal Redneck" weighs in:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aUcwZTWv2PY

Choice commentary posted in response by youtube viewers:

"This is getting more coverage than what United Healthcare has ever provided."

"The irony is that every Trump voter is voting for this type of Healthcare System to continue and voting for our federal government to operate just like United Healthcare does. They had a very good alternative in Harris but no they just couldn't vote for a black woman could they?"

“Cold calculating corporate decisions driven entirely by profit that lead directly to the death of countless innocent people, that’s not considered violence”.  People need to reflect on this statement made in this video."

"The CEO's own company didn't mourn his loss. Shareholders meeting started while the crime scene tape was going up, the stock price went up, and his replacement was announced before the funeral home picked him up from the morgue. They were also relieved that there's one less executive who might be cooperating with the Feds on that little insider trading investigation."
