That absurd right wing media talking point is just the kind of stupidity the cult-allegiance to Trump is known for and, of course, overlooks Pete Hegseth drinking problems, i.e, being carried off the stage at some strip show, running a veteran's group into the ground, not to mention his lack of moral fortitude in his history of extramarital affairs, all of which reflect on his abilities to make sound judgments in the role that he occupies. That, and the fact, that Trump would have never appointed to the role had he not seen him on Fox news and that's why Pete is where he is right now and not because he was soldier who took fire in Afghanistan or somewhere else!

Have you noticed how Trump took the low hanging fruit (USAID) to flush out the lawsuits that question his authority?  It was a calculated move because he new the left would take the bait, they can't help themselves.  Now the lawsuits work their way thorough and 90% determine he is in his rights to do so.  Now it is codified, he goes after the big fish like defense and the courts have already ruled, no stoppage of the cleansing.
