I don't know what's up with fuel pipes these days but the US and Israel grounded their entire fleet of F35s after a Marine F35 crashed the other week and the cause was a defective fuel pipe. Now, that's been corrected and the fleets are airworthy.

Honda, meanwhile, has a major issue with its popular turbo engine in their CRV SUV. It seems that fuel is leaking into the oil and the engine doesn't get the lubrication it needs and you know what happens next.
