Hi,
Which multi-align software did you use? I am using the latest beta of Registax, but found some issues in it which makes using it not that ideal. Sure Cor will get the bugs out of it, but in the meantime I am looking for an alternative which doesn't trace the boundaries of the zones like straight lines in the resulting image.
