But somehow you can't comment on Trump's claim that the invasion of Iraq was the biggest mistake ever because you say you don't know enough about it  even though Bush predicated his decision to go to war in Iraq based largely upon the intell agencies information at the time during the run-up to the war. And you can't see the cognitive disconnect with that? As far as I'm concerned, your answer that you don't know enough about it to offer up an opinion on it is bogus.
It's your version of a cut and run.
Beyond that, it's equally bogus to use Trump's inane reasoning that because an intell agency in the past with different people in it than what we have now was wrong back then so they must be wrong now as well is total nonsense, too. That's like thinking a hurricane won't take out my house when a government agency says it will because a forecast ten years ago was wrong because it missed my house by a block...

Funny I dont recall ever discussing WMD's and Iraq.....beyond stating I had not followed it close enough to comment. Do you have me confused with someone else there Rod? BTW you are an idiot (just in case I have not reminded you lately lol)

Oh Great, The Market's Dumping Again On Trump's Tariffs...

I nearly 100% agree with this oped by Steve Bannon supporting the Trump administrations hard line with China. This is a defining moment that will have repercussions for generations either way. We shouldn't turn back now and take the pain necessary to tame this menace to business and freedom.

Since the 90's, many of my business friends said that China will liberalize once western capitalism takes hold in China, and the Communist Party could not stop it. I have long argued that they should not get the crown jewel of the west, trade and access to capital and technology, until they reform their government. I believe I had the better argument and have been proven right. We have fueled the creation of a monster, and one that is determined to enslave beyond their own borders. They are devouring, through theft and lawlessness, the engine that has fueled the prosperity we have enjoyed.

Where I nearly 100% disagree with the administration is treating our closest allies and trading partners like enemies. It is insane and just flat wrong to impose tariffs on and bully our North America, Asian and European democratic trading partners. We need to drop all tariffs against them and show a united front against China.

The pain is not over. Make it worth while and do not give in. Do not let the west be sold out by Wall Street and politicians of both parties again.

We agree on China......need to keep up the hardline on tariffs with them.

Not so much agreement with backing off the other trading partners.....While they may not have taken things to the level that China has they were/are still taking advantage of us by imposing higher tariffs than we are, in some cases drastically.....either we have free and fair trade or impose penalties when we don't.
