Despite pressure from Trump, drug companies raise prices on 350 drugs:

In other words, less scrutiny on the drug trials, less probability of detecting adverse reactions, more risks to patients.

For health insurance premiums, Trump plans to simply tells carriers to lower their premiums. Hmm, why didn't anybody think of doing that before? I'm sure they're gonna listen:   "Trump on Friday said he will summon insurance executives to a meeting either in Florida or Washington in the coming weeks to pressure them into lowering premiums."

“I’m going to call in the insurance companies that are making so much money, and they have to make less, a lot less,” Trump said. “I’m going to see if they get their price down, to put it very bluntly. And I think that is a very big statement.”

I think you ought to be careful about what you're posting, Jim. Afterall, Trump just said that such disclosures constitute a threat to our national security! (And, Sammy & Clarence will probably back him up on that, too!):

Jack Smith sets the record straight on Trump and his investigation of him:

“I entirely disagree with any characterization that our work was in any way meant to hamper him in the presidential election. I would never take orders from a political leader to hamper another person in an election. That’s not who I am,” he said."

“There is no historical analog for what President Trump did in this case. As we said in the indictment, he was free to say that he thought he won the election. He was even free to say falsely that he won the election. But what he was not free to do was violate federal law and use knowing — knowingly false statements about election fraud to target a lawful government function. That he was not allowed to do. And that differentiates this case from any past history.”

"Smith said Trump was able to foresee the violence of Jan. 6."

“Our view of the evidence was that he caused it and that he exploited it and that it was foreseeable to him,” Smith said.

PS: It's about the oil---even though it seems the US oil companies don't want it at least not now. Next, it's off to Greenland! Perhaps they'll be a few stop-off in Mexico and Columbia, too. Doing right by righteous indignation is always right! Hmm, oh, I almost forgot, it about the drugs and that why Trump pardoned the former president of Honduras who was convicted in an American court for shipping an aircraft-carrier battle group size of cocaine in the US. But, he was a right winger...
