Well, yeah, I know that and you know that. Maybe some of the others here might not.
One of my best friends is Nugents first cousin and he was as big of a jerk back in the late 60's and 70's as he is now and I don't believe for a minute he's never done drugs or never has drunk alcohol. So, he's full of BS up to his ears.

Well, I just paid up a year of membership here as I want to sell a telescope or two. I've held off paying up just to post here in the politics forum, but I find it amusing nonetheless. It's been enlightening just reading and not commenting. I hope I don't get back in the habit of posting too much and trying to convince anyone how wrong I think they really are. LOL.  

That said, Richard, if DJT was so instrumental in developing the 3 vaccines why won't his supporters get the shot? It is safe, effective, they have little side effects for 99% of the multi millions of Americans who have received it.

Maybe the Trump voters don't trust a vaccine developed under Mr. Warp Speed Trump? He could have been the hero of this pandemic, touted HIS vaccine and STRONGLY encouraged his faithful 25% that is still resisting the vaccine to get the shot, but once again he chose the wrong thing to do. Just like he could have sold red MAGA masks during the election, his followers would have bought them up by the boxcar full for many boxcars full of money, they would have proudly worn them, it would have helped slow the virus, and he probably would have been decisively re-elected for battling Covid. 

But I guess appealing to only a disgruntled 25% of the population is a move that only a smart person like Trump would do.
