Federation Legal?

Very interesting Jess...

I have a strange question, and it could be put in different forums, but I would like too ask you, or here also from others...
What kind of government or governments was use durring the time of Star trek , before the Federation and after the Federation was formed ?
What was the kind of monitary exchanged ,during those times. And last, could it be used here today or in the future ?
Just a fun question, but hopefully no bashing here.

I love the Star Trek series, all of them, and am always trying too find a kind of thread that may paraell with our own, or in the future.

Trust me when I say this. You need too apalogies and do something good for your son. In the years to come, it will pay back dividends. And also your son will respect you more. I know from exsperience, my son was killed in a car wreak,we had bad bad vibes between us, and now I am unable to take back All those words, and knowing it was my fault in the end. I don't consider it a laughing matter. Sorry too throw water on this thread,and it is not my coustom too.....

Hello Mr. Clark,
Thankyou for your interest and sharing your info on this subject. Personally if I had it my way, I would wish NASA do their own program and ESA do theirs as well..

I feel ESA has worked well with NASA on the ISS program, but working with Russia has shown that NASA has had it's hands tied.
ESA has done some remarkable work using the New ATV system.. Also JAXA has shown some great advances as well with there new systems.

But too me and the information that comes out later shows that NASA- United States, puts the most money in these ventures.
I am a beleaver in the saying of "Nesesity is the Mother of Invention"..
I am sorry for the bad spelling.

I have been reading and seeing the News on TV, and yes it is very safe. But see what happens in the next few months. When the repair of Hubble was ax, the people took notice, and the rest is history. There is too many people,Large Contractors, small contractors,"VOTERS", and so on, to just let this be...

I am not a big Fan of the Aries Project, and I do beleave there is waste and overcost ever since NASA was formed. But maybe this could be a wake-up call too Management, and make them do a better job ,and get the contractors take notice and get with game-program and not waste Tax payers money. It was said that at this moment that NASA has spent 8 Billion dollars so far on Aries. But people forget what the offshoots of research that has been given in the past 50 years. I wouldn't sell the farm yet, but I would yell loudly too the Goverment Officials and make your voice be heard to NASA website.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the very helpfull info you have All given. I am taking notes and saving the Websites on my computer. I have only seen parts of the Series Website "Meterorite Men" Pilot show. I live a little over 2 miles from Jack Daniels Distrillery in the hills. It is very rocky ground here with a lot of hard clay.Does the pretty Meteorites that have crystals, have Iron in it ?
Also I like Floyd's idea of a magnet. I have bought a Round magnet on an Aluminum stick from TSC for my little shop to pick-up nails and small scrap.
I will keep watching this thread very closely too your words of wisdom so that I can improve my learning curve. And last, If I am lucky to find some of these presious items, I can take them too my Local Hands-ON- Science Center and let the kids see and feel them.

Is there websites that tell you where in the country is the best places too set-up solar,wind, and thermal systems for a persons backyard.
Depending where you live, some options are not feasable.
Also, who is the best at making such system ?
