In fact, the same Criminal Refugee from Castro's Prisons who murdered my friend's sister in law, tried unsuccessfully to sue the state of Florida for improperly imprisoning him.
Maybe you didn't notice him in the handful of people that you saw in the Florida keys that weekend. I guess maybe you missed him, or could it be that you didn't interview ALL the people who were brought here because of Carter's blunder?
Yeah, maybe that's what happened. Its too bad you didn't see him back then, because it is obvious that You have some sort of intuitive perception that you can recognize Criminals when you see them just by looking.
By the way, many people saw Ted Bundy on the street during his reign of terror, and they told police after he was arrested for well over 100 Rapes and Murders, that they found him to be a very personable, friendly person, and that HE was the nicest guy in the world..
