Dear Herb or Support persons,

For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to login to my
astromart account "mlinnolt". It still doesn't work. I
have sent several emails requesting help with this,
but I have not received any replies at all! It appears
my emails must be getting through, because I have not
received any delayed or failed transmission messages.
Alos, I have tried re-activating or re-applying for my
account through the website, but that has not worked
either. I have not received any emails regarding
activating my account.

This is really beginning to bother me. Are you so
hopelessly backed up with emails, you havent the time
to even respond in 2 weeks??? Also, I made a phone
call to you last week, and asked the operator to leave
my callback number. Nobody ever called me, either.

The website seems active, I see new listings every
day, so it appears things are working, but as far as
my account goes, it seems to have disappeared without
a trace and all my inquiries are falling into a "black
hole".

If this email is getting through to someone at
astromart, could you *PLEASE* acknowledge receipt and
investigate what is going on with my account.

Your prompt attention to this matter is very much
requested.

Hi I posted an ad this morning for a (edit) I am selling, Now I can't seem to even log on, my user id is (edit)
I am thinking astromart may have reclassified me as a dealer since I have sold several of these. Anyway I don't have a problem with paying for the ads for these but I really don't want to be classified as a dealer because I only have about 30 of these to sell and then I am done except for my usual personal items.

Eric, Bruce and Herb:

Believe it or not, I received the ETX 90 from Alex today. It was packaged poorly, and I'm surprised it survived the trip. But it made it. The package did not contain everything Alex included in the deal, and one piece appears to be broken, but I think I will take what he sent and consider myself lucky.

Since Bruce should by now have his stuff, this appears to leave Eric as the odd man out. I will do whatever I can to help him recover his money. I note that Eric seems to have a different e-mail address for Alex than I do. The one I have been using is:

Bruce, thanks for your efforts in getting all of us together. I think it was useful, and I enjoyed talking with you and Eric albeit under less than ideal circumstances.

Herb, I am most grateful for your assistance. Whatever you did no doubt induced Alex to more or less honor his deal with me. But I sure wouldn't let this guy back on AstroMart.

it wasnt right for saying bul(edit) email address
to me ....i just want to purchase a telescope for my son you send me an email
that says i can log in to your website and when i try it it doesnt work.
what is your problem?
if you are prejudice about something say it.
if this is the type of website you run that doesnt enable others to learn and discuss and buy or sell stuff about astronomy then i am going to make try my hardest to put down your website to others about what you are doing, about how you are just picking and choosing who you feel is right to be in your little click.
