Very small chick

I'm not sure what this is....my best guess would be a spotted sandpiper. It was walking along the edge of one of our restored wetlands. Sorry the image isn't better, but the dang thing wouldn't hold still!!! At any rate, I thought his feet were incredibly large for such a small bird. The next photo shows his feet really well, but he is out of focus. Sorry!
