Thanks Guys,
It's amazing how, you can work on an image for hours, think you got it,then when you revisit it, it takes all of 20 minutes to improve it! lol Now, could some one tell me how to get rid of the clouds and rain?

Hi Steve,
Very nice shot...When I do a manual focus, I usually go with the lowest FWHM value and the highest max pixel value. I often image in less than desirable seeing, so I know what you are going through...

Very nice Tyller...I love photos of this region...now, I'm no color processing expert, but it looks like you might want to bring the saturation levels down a bit in all colors....
I adjusted the saturation level on your jpeg file just a little...here's the results.

Wonderful shot for such a short exposure time....I also use a 12" LX200 (classic) and shot the same object, but at F/5... but as you can see, my focus was a little soft...

It's very possible to take some quality images from less than ideal skies, but as the old saying goes, the darker, the better
