Not only are these capital rioters stupid enough to carry their cell phones and take videos of their antics inside the US Capital, the Proud Boys thought they were going to go down in history as patriots saving our country so they hired a documentary filmmaker to film them in the days leading up to and including Jan 6th. That filmmaker will testify live tonight and we'll see footage we've never seen yet, including a meeting the night before with the Oath Keepers.
Of course you Faux News viewers won't see it as Tucker, Hannity, and Ingraham be holding up shiny objects to distract you from the hearings, of which Hannity, at least, will undoubtedly be part of.

Besides, the Republicans, many of whom in the immediate aftermath of Jan. 6th stated they wanted get to the bottom of what happened, then weeks later decided to pass on being a 50% partner of the committee. Just imagine if Ted Cruz and his ilk could question witnesses. They could have delayed and objected to much of it. The question remains why did they change their minds and flip flopped to not participating to now denying what happened? Wouldn't they want to truth about what happened to come out and to help disseminate the facts?
On edit: I forgot that the house leadership nixxed certain members from being on the committee which is why the GOP declined. Hmmm, so now they're going to have their own counter investigation led by one the guys Pelosi objected to??

Rod surmised the hearing succinctly, but Mel decides its all show. Was it all show when Bill Barr testified the big lie was bullshit? I think it was pretty compelling but seems Mel won’t believe the evidence even though he saw it with his own eyes, if he watched it at all.
Maybe when they were trying to get the GOP on board and give them an equal voice on the committee they should have taken it. It’s going to look bad, and that was just the first hearing. I can’t stand Ms. Cheney, but she at least has scruples, something that is lacking in about 1/3 of the US voters. She’s was like a Velociraptor in her opening statement. Clever girl. I think she’s going to come out on top and Trump will be toast when it’s over.
