I've stated before that I thought LBJ and Tricky Dick were the worst presidents that we've ever had. After watching CNN this afternoon I've changed my opinion. They are definitely not the worst presidents that we've ever had.

The trouble is that there are VERY FEW conservatives in national politics now. Bush is more liberal than FDR ever was!

A Time For Vigilance

I'm becoming a little concerned. We've had two "threats" within a week. I'm not passing any judgment on the veracity of these "threats" or how they were originated.

What I am saying, it is a time for vigilance. These may well be legitimate threats, one was a hoax, but we could also be getting the Three Card Monty pulled on us by those in power to make themselves look good.

The best way to do some skulduggery is to divert attention from what is really going on.

I'm concerned about two things:

1. GWB ratings are down to 39%
2. Additional "threats" may require additional "measures" that would further erode our freedom.

This may all be paranoia, but it may also be the truth.

The best way to insure that we stay on track is to be skeptical, not pass judgment without facts, and keep an open mind.

Isn't it strange:

Nixon was involved in a pilfering of the Democratic National Committee headquarters. Faced with impeachment he resigned and was pardoned by Ford.

Bush started planning the Iraqi war ten days after his inauguration. Then devised trumped up charges for going to war when his own inspectors told him he was in error. We invaded the country and so far we have sacrificed 2000 of our youths, depleted our treasury, handed out unbided contracts to cronies, and he's still in office.

Doesn't this sound a little strange?

We've spent exactly $20.67 this month on gas and we still have 3/4 of a tank. We've been staying home a lot but
I'll be damned if I'm going to be voluntarily robbed.

They can take their gas and pour it where the sun don't shine and then light a match to it.

The Kiss

The Kiss...

He had just saved her from a fire in her house, rescuing her by carrying her out of the house into her front yard, while he continued to fight the fire.

She is pregnant.

When he finally got done putting the fire out, he sat down to catch his breath and rest.

A photographer from the Charlotte, North Carolina newspaper, "The Observer," noticed her in the distance looking at the fireman.

He saw her walking straight toward the fireman and wondered what she was going to do.

As he raised his camera, she came up to the tired man who had saved her life and the lives of her babies and kissed him just as the photographer snapped this photograph.

Dislike GWB + Dislike ease dropping on Americans + For Abortion + Not being pushy on religion = Left wing Liberal

And

Love GWB + Total enforcement of the Patriot act + Against Abortion + Every Sunday Church going = Right wing Conservative.

Where's the middle guys and gals or isn't there such a thing.

Quite possibly:

Disagree with anything I'm for = Your a complete ignoramus who shouldn't be allowed to vote!
