I already said that Darian wasn't saying that she Could consent legally, he stated that perhaps she did consent when sitting with the man, meaning that if the guy who raped her said to her, can we have sex, and she replies "OK", then that is not her telling him YES?

This entire outrage by you guys on the left reminds of the other day in a Senate hearing, when the crazy leftist professor being questioned by Josh Hawley about Men giving birth berated Josh Hawley as causing violence. This woman was a crazy leftist.
When She and Hawley were going back and forth about the question asking whether a man could give birth and she replied that he was "transphobic" because he responded "no I don't think Men can give birth", that was her putting words into his mouth that he never said.
He simply stated a biological fact, which is that Men cannot give birth. Because a woman who is capable of getting pregnant, decides that she's a man, doesn't mean that a new fact is formed which is that a man can give birth. Men cannot.
You and the rest are doing the exact same thing here to Darian. Darian simply asked a question and posited a possibility that the girl may have given the man a green light for sex.
