If I recall correctly when entering an ad in the new system it asks you whether you want to receive emails or private messages. So it would depend on which you chose.....

Have seen this before. I edit the pics using an image editor such as photoscape (a free one) and saved them again. Then uploaded them to AM, problem solved.

Hi Tony.....

Cant tell what level of support you are subscribed at for AM but based on your last posted ad back in Dec of last year you were a green level supporter. ie $30 gets you full functions of the system for 3 months.

Regular members at the $15 per year membership level wont receive emails of new ads.....if your support level has expired you stop getting the emails. You can still visit the site and read the ads, post ads, respond to ads etc but in order to receive emails of new ads you must be a current site supporter at one of the levels described at the link https://astromart.com/support-options.

I suspect your support level subscription has expired......

Member and supporter are two different things on here......everyone is a member @15.00 per year.

Supporters are another thing entirely and above and beyond standard membership.

Purple is 1 month (includes email notices)

Green is 3 months

Red is 6 months

Brown is 1 year

I supported by the year for quite a few years as I was buying a lot and the instant emails came in handy, dont tend to sell that much, pack rat LOL.....Nowadays I just keep my membership alive so I can use the forums and occasionally buy or sell something.
