My guess, is that this WILL go the the United States Supreme Court. 

I know that there are hack lawyers out there all over the place, especially the Dem party who think this is just OK and they will justify criminal activity by our FBI, on the basis that they are ready to "get him at any cost". 

These are legal minds who do NOT Revere the US Constitution, nor the Bill of Rights.

They are sad excuses for Lawyers, and sad excuses for following the rule of law, and sad Non-supporters of the Bill of Rights, when they go along with the premise, the ends justify the means just to satiate their hatred of Donald Trump.
