Ray's Brackets.I have them on my Nexstar8 drive base.I mount an Orion 80ED on it.Might take a look at them.

I have the new handcontroller.I haven't noticed a difference in GOTOs.The new controller can be upgraded as changes are made to the firmware.It also has some new features,a sync mode and you can control the brightness of the handcontroller buttons.You need the auxiliary port to upgrade the motor firmware.
