Camera tracker

Gents/Ladies,

I have a 1Ds III I want to use for wide field photography. Can you recommend a high quality camera tracker?
Money is always an issue but I will get the best before buying marginal equipment. Total weight of camera and lens system is around 6 pounds.

Two Pileated woodpeckers spent the morning posing for me which is unusual. Every time they flew away they came back in a few minutes. Both were male and rather small for the species.

System freezes after uploading pictures

I have twice tried to place an ad. After uploading pictures (they are each <500 kbs) the system freezes and won't let me continue.
Any helpful hints?

Well aren't I the bright one. cwy I see now that the outside is the months/days and the inner is the time.

So I should line up my U time with the appropriate date and the reticule should be set.

I'll try it next clear night and see how it goes.

Thank you for the reminders of home! I left Virginia for Alberta in 1985 and visit once in a while but these pics remind me of what I was obsessed with capturing back then.
