Do you even understand the meaning of the word fair? The headline itself was biased because being as it tries to equate being a democrat with being a thief. The woman is a thief who happens to be a Democrat.

The only story here is that the county party didn't take away her title of county Democrat of the Year after she was convicted. Unbelieveable, shameful but not surprising. I would wager that the chairman of the party is black and therefore more likely to stand by her. It is true that many Democrats don't get too bent out of shape by moral lapses of their members as long as they are doing a good job.

I don't care much for Biden and he has said some stupid things but this doesn't ring true. Just because the father said those things doesn't make it true unless it can be corroborated by someone else. He is obviously (and justly) mad at the administration and has an axe to grind. Why does the mother have a different story to tell about how Obama and others treated her? Another thing that bothers me is how would Biden know anything about the genetalia of the soldier? This sounds like BS and the right wingnuts are jumping on it like flies on shit.

Don't you understand that both parties are full of sh*t on what they will do about the economy and defecit? Neither side has shown any willingness to make the compromises needed. Obama's record speaks for itself and Romney is touting voodo or black box economics. This polarization of the parties and their intractable positions are going to be the death of this nation. There is no viable 3rd party alternative and there doesn't seem to be any organized revolution brewing. If Thomas Jefferson were to see this mess today he would no doubt call for a revolution.

I think it's pretty stupid but people are free to express themselves. Nothing to get your panties in a bunch nut you right wingnuts will. I am sure there is plenty of crap like this put out by the right (I am sure Richard will ask me to prove it). The children are exploited no more than child actors in TV, movies and political ads. Comparing this to Mao or N. Korea is rubbish.

I'm only glad I was already in Florida this week to set up my new residence.

If I remember my physics, when the democratic legislature reaches a supermajority we get critical mass and in the aftermath a Socialist state forms.

A few months ago I started getting much of my news online at Fox to see what the conservatives see. I acknowledge there is some liberal bias to some of the mainstream news organizations but Fox was like being in another world. It was so pro-Romney and anti-Obama. I tried to watch some of the conservative pundits but it was hard to take - the liberals have Chris Matthews and Bill Mahr and a few other looneys but the conservatives take the cake. It was evident in all of the "news" posts from folks like Snope that defied credibility and common sense and when little showed up in the mainstream media a liberal bias was claimed. I remember when the polls were favorable to Obama many on the right complained about the survey selection process, etc. but when they shifted a bit in Romney's favor there was no complaints. Hardcore followers claimed their candidate won each debate with the exception of the first one where some liberals conceded that Obama performed poorly (due to altitude sickness ).
