15.1. The nature of the Internet causes your classified advertisements to cross local, regional, state, federal, and international boundaries. Thus, there is great exposure to inadvertently violating Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearm distribution laws. (g) Any item which in Astromart’s™ sole discretion is inflammatory, offensive or otherwise inconsistent with Astromart’s standards of business ethics.
(h) Any item/s that are placed on any other site for sale at the same time it is offered on AstroMart™.
(i) You may not sell anything you do not own
(j) You may not sell any 3rd party items - no selling for friends or family or organizations

ANY violations can and most likely will result in the deletion of your account including ratings.

you bid $100 - no one else bids you raise your bid to $1000 - someone bids 95 you auto out bid him to 100 - he bids 745 - you auto bid 765 +/- he bids 1000 - you are still the high bid - he bids 1050 +/- you loose

MANY people have had more than one chance - so there is that
120,000 citizens and one sheriff - I ban first so we can BOND - if that doesn't go well I refund the money and send them elsewhere.
Haven't shot one person to this pint but I have had 3 people arrested and put in jail - one while I was on the phone with the police - that one was great!
