It is 2:21 MST on Friday.

Can you, Jim Brown, or James Lacey tell me what time Biden was declared the winner?

I'm curious, as Jim Brown was the first person as far as I know to declare a Biden Presidency.

So I'll ask again, when did Biden win?
Hi Rich:

Obviously media declarations of a winner have no more weight than my own declaration of a winner.   For example, I really don't understand why people from the President on down got so fussed when Fox "called" AZ for Biden.  But, since you asked, the race was unofficially "over" in my book at 6:51 a.m. Mountain Time, when the vote in PA swung to Biden's favor.  Trump's paths are closed.  The president will probably pick up NC and Alaska, but that is it.

You just called me delusional a few posts ago.  Fine, no worries, considering the source.  If you think that Trump can litigate himself into a second term when he has to overturn the vote in about three or four of PA, AZ, GA, MI, WI, and NV, then I would suggest that it is not me who is delusional.  Correct me if I am wrong, but I have been following this closely and I have yet to see reporting on a lawsuit that alleges actual fraud.  Patrick is being magnanimous.  This is unofficially over.  The only thing left to consider is whether or not Trump's tantrums irretrievably ruin our chances of keeping the Senate in the GA runoffs.

Does that make Jim Brown a hypocrite since he declared Pennsylvania a win for Biden, and simultaneously telling Trump he needs to concede?  smile

I just find the baldfaced hypocrisy over the top.  tongue
I have not excoriated Trump, except for his remarkably ungracious and deranged speech late election night/morning.  You agreed with me if I recall correctly.  Trump does need to concede, for the good of the GOP and to maintain our chances in the GA runoff which is now the most important thing by far.  Trump unfortunately does not measure his actions by the good of the GOP - he never has.  So I can virtually guarantee that Trump will, until the day he dies, be complaining loudly and publicly about the election that was stolen from him.  The fact that there is no evidence of election malfeasance is not relevant to Trump or his sycophants.

That's the first thing I want to get cleared up.  I said you were delusional because you implied that Lacey was once a Republican.

He never was and he never will be.

As far as Biden winning?  It is certainly possible, however HOW did he win?  Did he win fair and square?

It is possible.

We will know in most likely less than a week.  '

As for your assertion that I think Trump can "litigate himself into a 3rd term", I never said that so don't put words in my mouth unless of course you can't defend your premature claim that Biden has won the election.

You're the first I've seen who can't seem to wait for the outcome.  You came on here Thursday morning, asserting how Outrageous it was and just how despicable it was for you to see Trump claim victory.  Now you're doing the exact same thing as Trump, but well..... hmm.. that's Ok.   tongue

I'm assuming you want the vote to be tallied correctly in Philadelphia rather than seeing 57 districts in Penn ALL Go for Biden with not ONE single vote for Trump, the way it did in 2012 for Obama vs. Romney.

This occurred.  Politifact excused it.  Here's their fraudulent report about it:  https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2016/aug/12/viral-image/internet-philly-rigged-2012-presidential-election-/

In that report above, they wholly admit that 59 districts recorded NOT ONE SINGLE vote for Romney, even though there were a total of 850 Registered Republicans in those districts.

They poo poo those results as just happening and its really not a big deal, it doesn't defy Odds!   LOL

And lastly, let me deal with your last line there:   The only thing left to consider is whether or not Trump's tantrums irretrievably ruin our chances of keeping the Senate in the GA runoffs.

So then, like a true tool of the left, you're going to blame Trump for a Senate Loss IF that were to occur, which it won't?

Hmm.... then I guess you are ready to give him credit for all the US House seats that were GAINED??

You're admitting that right counselor?

I mean you cannot have it both ways, unless of course you are intellectually dishonest.

He must have influenced the voters to vote FOR Repubs right, or are you just that large of an intellectual fraud??
Dude, I'm calling it for Biden.  Please feel free to disagree.  I am not suggesting that my conclusion has any legal weight.  Of course we have to wait for the states to make it official.

I'm not sure if Trump had coattails or not this time.  Yes we picked up seats in the house and hopefully we'll hold the senate.  was that Trump's coattails or some fortuitous ticket splitting?  Maybe both.

What I am talking about in GA is different.  Trum and Biden's actions between now and the runoff could have implications.

No, Trump's speech was awful because he started making unsubstantiated fraud allegations early Wednesday morning.  I had no problem with him predicting a Trump victory.

That's fraud.

They had NO RIGHT to overrule the US Constitution and Federal law that establishes the date of acceptance of ballots.

We know that here in Colorado ballots that are presented Past November 3rd, are not accepted no matter what.

Tell me Mr. Constitution, why is that?  Is it because it violates Federal law?

His election campaign has TONS of evidence of fraud that was occurring in more than a few places.

When did you become Kreskin?
Ok, then they can litigate if they like.  I have not yet seen any legit allegations of election fraud, although I have not seen everything by a long shot.

Care to make a bet on who ultimately is certified as winner of the election?  I'll give you odds if you take Trump.

I thought Mr. Constitution, that you believe that the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution was carved in Stone?
Trump should concede (in my opinion) for the good of the GOP.  Trump is going to be behind after the final ballots are counted in several key states  WI, MI, AZ, NV, GA, and PA.

Reversal of the PA supreme court although proper, won't make a difference in the PA outcome.  In other words, if all PA ballots received after 11/3 are tossed, Biden will still win PA probably and the election for sure.

This will be the reason the US Supremes will dodge the PA question.  Basically, the outcome of the PA case won't matter in PA or for the election as a whole.  The Supremes historically punt when their decision would not make a difference.
