The one thing I agree with Trump is that we should have never gone into Iraq after 9/11. I remember arguing with my late brother and business partner about it. He was all for the Bush administration going in and kicking Saddam's ass, but I argued they had better find the WMD's, which they didn't. We butted heads in politics until his death in '07, but he was never as belligerent as you know who.

Wow, it is almost Mind Boggling how I am literally living in your head 24/7/365.  It is just SO darned bizarre. shocked

How on Earth are you even able to function during the day, when it seems that every other thought that enters your head, is surrounded by thoughts of me?

Which begs the question, so I have to ask.

When you and your wife are alone together.... and no one else is around.... do you sometimes inadvertently scream out my name?? LOL  tongue grin
PH in Colorado: I was making the point that I could disagree with my brother about politics, but I still liked him and we did agree on some things. Not so much with you.

Besides, how do you know I'm referencing you in the quote above? Maybe comment on the main point of the thread instead of always making it about you. LOL.

Is Lauren Boebert grooming impressionable young people?

Posted By Jim Moscheck

Boebert spoke at a high school in Durango, Colorado last Wednesday.

Opinion piece from today's Durango Herald:

"We strongly support students engaging in civic matters. But we’re uncomfortable with U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert’s visit on Wednesday to Dolores High School because her talk ventured beyond governance into political territory.

As reported in The Journal and The Durango Herald online, the Dolores secondary school administration sent an email to parents on Monday, March 13, saying the congresswoman would visit students for a Q&, and parents weren’t invited.

Like her or otherwise, Boebert is a polarizing politician. According to our latest news story, she spoke about “moral decay”; becoming aware of issues that could infringe on students’ rights; the Freedom Caucus, a conservative group of GOP representatives; and liberties infringed on during the pandemic. Apparently, she also told students they should know about those issues and let it motivate them to stand up for their freedom."

I guess it's okay as long as you are a right wing groomer as opposed to being a despicable and deplorable left wing groomer, huh?

Secondary schools are middle school and high school. She spoke at a high school in Durango, Colorado. Some of the HS seniors she spoke to will be voting when they turn 18.

Even as a casual college basketball fan it was painful to watch Purdue's historic loss to FDU last night. I'm sure much more so for Jim Brown. Their season started out so good and ended so badly. I'm sure it must have been a long bus ride home. Only the second time a #1 seed has lost to a #16.

With the three big upsets so far I'm sure there aren't too many brackets still intact.

Trump says he'll be arrested on Tuesday and he's calling out for protests. Here we go again.

"Former President Donald Trump said he expects to be arrested Tuesday in connection with an investigation conducted by the Manhattan District Attorney's office and is calling for protests ahead of his possible indictment.

"THE FAR & AWAY LEADING REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE & FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WILL BE ARRESTED ON TUESDAY OF NEXT WEEK. PROTEST, TAKE OUR NATION BACK!" he wrote on Truth Social Saturday morning."

BTW- I didn't use the all caps, Trump used them in his entire Truth Social rant.

So, is NYC going to be wild on Tuesday?

I was kind of funny. Still, individual 1/Trump couldn't be charged at the time since they couldn't charge a sitting president. He's not the president now.

Did you happen to witness that bizarre speech that Kamala Harris gave to the College Basketball team that lost their elimination round the other day?

As usual she was at her very weirdest.

It was simply cringeworthy watching her talk to grown adult men as if they were 2nd graders.  She has to be the worst at every task she ever attempts.

I sat there in amazement as she acted like the audience listening to her were a bunch of 5 year olds.  It had to be totally embarrassing for the guys who lost, to be spoken to as if they were in Romper Room, not to mention the coach who also had to suffer through and endure her ridiculousness, emoting like the bizarre weirdo that she is.

Everything this woman does from her baby talk to grown adults, to her hand gesticulations just reeks of awkwardness and humiliating.

But looking at every other idiot that Joe Biden has provided us, I guess this is the best that his administration can muster.  cwy smile

Weird, in this off topic post Rich stays actually stays on the topic of politics. Too bad he can't do that in any political threads.
