It is listed....I can see it via your profile. If you mean why is it not showing up when viewing the current classifieds ads in the category it is listed in, that would be because when viewing ads the system defaults to something like the last 2 weeks or 30 days (I forget which)....Your ad was posted back in December.

When viewing the ads you can change the date range (look at the top of the list when viewing for the options).....change it to say 6 months or a year and you will be able to find it then. You can also change that setting permanently on your profile....I keep mine set to the last year.

If you want it to show up in the current listings for everyone you will need to remove the older ad and repost it as a new ad....that way it will show up in the current listings.

I'd really like to know where you learn this stuff, especially your post describing the two-step process. You might want to read an actual, legitimate source, and there are many. Here's just one: https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/impeachment

Nope....you defeated yourself with your own words.

He wasnt convicted of murder therefor he was deemed innocent. Trump was acquitted and therefor not impeached. It is pretty simple.

The ad you mention is marked as sold.....I suspect it was probably sold when you inquired about it and the seller had just not gotten around to marking it as sold.....

As I said....impeachment is a two step process. He was charged and not convicted therefor he was not impeached. LOL

The rest is semantics.....

Emphasis on "want to".

Semantics - the branch of linguistics and logic concerned with meaning. There are a number of branches and subbranches of semantics, including formal semantics, which studies the logical aspects of meaning, such as sense, reference, implication, and logical form, lexical semantics, which studies word meanings and word relations, and conceptual semantics, which studies the cognitive structure of meaning.

Does that cover it for you?

since you have mentioned the Chief Justice aspect of Article 1, Section 3 before, I know you are familiar with it.  Why are you trying to change the definition of impeachment?  It makes no sense.

Trump was impeached twice.  Clinton was impeached once.  Neither was ever convicted or removed.  Any other interpretation or spin is not a matter of semantics.  It is simply incorrect.

Jim

I disagree....the house simply determines if impeachment proceedings should be implemented. Given it is a two stage process it is not complete until the senate finds them guilty. Saying someone was impeached implies there were consequences, there were none as the senate trial resulted in an acquittal both times for Trump and also 1 time for Clinton. Thus there was no impeachment. You guys are of course entitled to your own opinions same as me smile

More political bullshit from the left as far as I am concerned..... There is nothing Cruz could do in Texas that he couldnt do from where ever they went. Just more noise in hopes to hurt him politically.....
