Password update not appearing in sign-in box

At AM's request I updated my password to include at least one character.  Now, when I attempt to sign in, the non-updated password is still in the sign-in box.  It rejects my input and I have to manually re-enter the entire password each time.  Why is the sign-in box not updated with my revised password?

Need help identifying source of this dovetail

Many years ago I acquired this right angle dovetail which I use for mounting my PST solar scope plus a spotting scope onto a Vixen Porta-II mount.  A club member wanted to know where I got it and I was at a loss to remember.  Subsequent searching on the internet came up with nothing like this particular dovetail.   I presume it is discontinued but can anybody identify who manufactured this item?  The metal portions measure 7.25" x 4.25" in length.

Thank you, Pete.  Obviously, they discontinued it at some point.  Not sure why.  It certainly comes in handy.

Tripod for Advanced VX Mount

Apparently Celestron does not sell separate tripods that fit the Celestron Advanced VX mount.  The top of the tripod looks pretty standard but I'm not certain what other brands might be compatible w/ the VX mount head. 
Suggestions?

Cord wrap induced problem on Evolution mount

Recently, I failed to set the cord wrap option to "ON" and paid the penalty.  The DC cord got pulled into the crevice between the base of the mount and the top of the tripod. As a result it pulled on the power cord enough to stop movement on the AZ axis entirely.  This also broke the center pin on the DC cord!
I thought I could remedy this by replacing the entire DC power cord.  That did not work.

Problem:  I still have power to the ALT axis but no power to the AZ axis.  I switched out the hand control with a spare but it's definitely not the hand control. 

Question:   By physically jamming the AZ axis as I did, could this have blown something on the circuit board?  I can see no damage at all to the front or internal sides of the female DC power socket.  I realize my next stop is to contact Celestron Support.  Before I do that I'm curious if anybody else has been down this road.  Comments welcome.

If anybody is wondering about the status of Ad # 630471, I purchased it in mid-FEB.  The seller has gotten completely out of astronomy for health reasons and is apparently no longer monitoring AM.  For those frustrated buyers who have not received a reply from him, that's what's going on.
