A strengthened Iran
Years of neglect in Afghanistan
Nobody is declaring victory
Iraqi viewpoint of the result of the war: "We used to have one Saddamm now we have a thousand".
Conclusion: one of the biggest foreign policy blunders in the history of the United States.

That the money this NYC mosque investor gave ended up in a fundraiser charity for Hamas.
From his perspective, he was only attempting to do the following, "when you see people surrounded by tanks and F-16s, you ask how can we help?" Er ah, don't you stop and think there might be a reason why they might be surrounded by tanks and F-16s?
And why did this investor issue a statement through his lawyer instead of speaking directly to the media?

While the Imam stated he condemned all forms of terrorism, he was asked if he specifically condemned Hamas and the former was his response and not the latter. I recall Arafat saying essentially the same thing...
