He challenged me saying that I was ignoring his question, so I thought I'd answer it here.
This is my reasoning:
Joe Biden violated his oath of office to uphold the Constitution.
The US Constitution says the Legislature makes the laws of the land.
The US Constitution says that the Supreme Court rules on the Constitutionality of those laws.
The Joe Biden Administration is going against the US Constitution, therefore he's not upholding his oath of office.
The CDC decided outside of the legislature that they would let tenants stay occupying their residences, and made laws indicating that landlords couldn't force out tenants who did not pay rent.
This went to the Supreme Court after the CDC which cannot make any laws in this nation decided they were going to extend the moratorium on collecting rents.
The Supreme Court ruled that they had no legal authority to impose or uphold these laws therefore it was Unconstitutional to tell landlords they could not collect rents, and that they could not threaten to impose fines or jail individuals for violating their edicts.
Joe Biden and his CDC which falls under his auspices, are ignoring the Ruling of the Supreme Court.
Joe Biden is operating lawlessly.
He is IGNORING his oath to uphold the laws of the land.
The CDC has ZERO authority to make laws and Joe Biden's administration has NO legal authority to ignore the Supreme Court.
Hence Joe Biden should be impeached.
