Do you remember your response??      LOL!

Would it surprise you if I told you that you replied "Why would I"?

Do you want me to put up your posting, whereby you answered with that question?  tongue

LOL   Hypocrite.  wink
What an epic fail!  Even for you Rich.

What I actually posted was a straight up and complete answer - three well thought out sentences worth of answer.  I then followed my complete, straightforward and honest answer with a rhetorical "why would I?" to emphasize my point.   Even you see the answer there don't you?  Either your memory has failed, or you are just a liar.  Not sure now a days.

In any case, for those who care about the truth, my complete and forthright answer to Rich's question is shown below.  The word "respect" is highlighted because I recalled using that particular word and entered it into the search engine.  The word "respect" also nicely eliminated the hundreds of intervening posts by Rich from my search results:

I gave you straight answer and then my reasons for that answer.

I simply reversed the order and gave my rhetorical question first, then my reasons after.

So then its a matter of semantics with you and your dishonesty is it?

Are you truly this desperate?

Arguing with you is fruitless, of course.  And surely boring to a casual reader.  I'll drop this line of commentary after this last post.

The order of our rhetorical "why would I(s)" has nothing to do with anything.  The key difference is that I actually answered your question and you dodged mine.  So pardon me if I thought "Why would I?"  was your entire answer.  (Of course it didn't help that ' {No,} "Why would I"' is exactly what you stated was your answer to my question a few posts ago...)

Recall that my question was about a political litmus test you might use to sort real life acquaintances into righties you would want to be friends with and lefties you have no interest in being friends with.  You have never answered that question.  You never will.  You merely dodged with some gibberish about me being a leftist tool, so why would you have to look further....  You totally dodged the litmus test aspect of my question or any other method you might actually use to sort the real life libs from the real life right wingers.  Entirely predictable dodge of course.  Whenever you have no answer your first strategy is to deflect with some sort of BS, like me being a leftist tool.

On the contrary, your question was about why I never call out James.  I gave an answer with 5 very specific reasons, all tied back to why I never call out James.  I did not dodge, I did not change the subject.  I simply and completely answered your question.

Maybe a table will help you see your dodge.  (Ha ha).  Bottom line, you evaded my question, so I thought that your only answer was "Why would I?"  You'll never answer my question, and I can only get boring by explaining this further.

Pretty crummy on the surface, but I bet the whole story is not so simple.  Obviously I don't condone judges ruling in cases where they have a financial interest.  Looks like it is being properly investigated.  I'm sure you'll keep us posted!

Interesting data: Last week, a new report from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System was published. And the numbers paint a somewhat concerning picture of the current situation regarding the vaccines.

In total: 726,963 adverse reactions to the jab, including:
15,386 deaths
20,789 permanent Disabilities
8,626 Bell’s Palsy
2,122 Miscarriages
7,267 Heart Attacks
149,000+ ER/Hospitalizations

These “freak breakthroughs” are happening in America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and Africa. And it’s enough to make anyone pause and start thinking about alternative solutions. I know I am less conflicted about trusting my natural immunity over the vaccine. Particularly since more studies are coming to light saying that natural immunity far tops the vaccine.
Hi Greg:  In this case a link really would be helpful.  I Googled "Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System"  and found this nifty web page, but I can't find the report you mention.

Also, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System includes this advisory:

"When evaluating data from VAERS, it is important to note that for any reported event, no cause-and-effect relationship has been established. Reports of all possible associations between vaccines and adverse events (possible side effects) are filed in VAERS. Therefore, VAERS collects data on any adverse event following vaccination, be it coincidental or truly caused by a vaccine. The report of an adverse event to VAERS is not documentation that a vaccine caused the event."

https://vaers.hhs.gov/data/dataguide.html

I'm skeptical that anywhere near the number of adverse reactions you list have been cause/effect attributed to a Covid 19 vax, but I'm wiling to listen if you have some support.

I'm pretty sure that you guys are talking apples and oranges.  Rich is right of course that the "all time" death rates per million are high or highest in some east coast blue states like NY and MA that got annihilated early on.  I think, based upon the data sourced from the NYT and referenced in the CNN article that what the article is trying to say is that the hospitalization/death rate now (or currently) is highest in red states.  They also make the point that this is correlated with Republican anti-vax sentiment.  Consider the graph below (reminiscent of the big graphs and data thread) All from World-o-Meter of course, these are the big 4.  The differences between the most recent, post-vaccination death graphs are striking in the Summer of '21 time frame.  You'll have to mentally adjust for different y axis numbers - so it is not as stark as it looks.  But California is bigger than NY or FL too and these are raw numbers.

This indisputable dichotomy of hospitalization/death rates now is (in my opinion) clearly linked to vaccination rates in various states, and is a real embarrassment to Republicans.   I get it that individual folks like Greg have their reasons for not being vaccinated.  As a large scale population phenomenon though, this is a lethal mistake in messaging by the right.  Jim

p.s.  That Florida graph sure looks like natural immunity is a huge factor based upon their plummeting numbers (plus vaccination of course).  Even so, it is a real tragedy that the summer of '21 death curve had to get so high relative to NY and CA in the first place.  To the extent that might have been caused by R messaging in that state, shame on them.  Jim

Rich:  It is my opinion that R messaging led to lesser R acceptance of the vaccines which in turn led to greater death rates in the red states in the summer of 2021.  Feel free to reply with your opinion on these issues especially that Florida mortality curve, but for the love of Pete, keep it short!  Jim
