Here are the possibilities:
1. Israeli commando retaliatory strike: Capable and highly motivated BUT high probability of middle east war AND high oil prices.
2. Navy Seal retaliatory strike: Probably effective BUT copyright infringement with subsequent legal squabbles between seal authors and the pentagon make for more mess.
3. My choice: Russian Alphas: Commandos with 100% kill ratio, combat proven. A heritage to live up to: 95% of German casualties in world war 2 occurred on the Russian front: Outstanding! To get the Russian alphas, we'll have to wheel and deal. We'll probably have to give up the missile defense shield in Poland BUT, before the conservatives get their underwear in a twist, the Russians would simply devise a better weapons system to get around it, so what's the point of deploying it? If I get hit, I want those alpha Cossack's raining down on those Islamic terrorists, pronto! Basically what we'll get is Ramadan bombathon in reverse, big time!

Some folks that were on the fence about Romney, or were slightly in support of him have jumped ship or decided to support Obama because of what they perceive as a key indicator of Romney's suitablity for the offce of POTUS.

His poorly run campaign.

Now granted, it takes more than one person to run something as complex as a presidential campaign, but Romney's gaffes have put him in a very awkward position a couple of times in a very short timespan. The fact that Romney himself is making these statements essentially lets his staff off the hook, so it's not like he could rightly fire anyone of his staffers (though you never know 'cause we know how he likes to fire people).

Everyone makes gaffes, democrat and republican, but the enormity of Romney's gaffes and then his attempts to stand behind them have no doubt created doubts in the minds of some. Even members of his own party are starting to distance themselves from Romney.

What sort of assurance can we expect that he will do a better job when he actually gets into office? Is he just nervous all the time and unable to get his words out right?
