Spring really brings them out. This picture was taken last Friday, 4-25-03. There were so many of these snakes cruising around that you could see two or three of them at any one time. Not good... -Kurt Horsley

Wild Goats

Here is a picture of some wild goats in the Hill Country of Texas. It's a mother with her two young calves. This picture was taken at a distance of around 250 yards with an Olympus digital camera and 1.45X teleconverter yielding 15X. I really enjoyed seeing them in the wild. -Kurt Horsley

I got fairly close to this one so I thought I would snap a shot. They don't let you get too close so good photos are a little harder to get. Maybe it's time for "digi-scoping".
