After all the assurances from the conservatives that the pipeline was safe, the thing leaks out in S. Dakota:

Now a 187 gallons might not seem like much, but you wouldn't want it in your living room, or in your backyard. The source of the leak has yet to be identified, so let's consider one possibility. Perhaps one hunter, exercising his CONSTITUTIONAL right to bear arms, goes hunting for prairie dogs with a .50 cal sniper rifle and misses the varmint but hits the pipeline instead!
