My Feeling Exactly: "Harris' Speech Knocked It Out Of The Park"

“Talk about weird …”

Posted By Jim Moscheck

Considering how badly the press and tabloids have treated Baron Trump all these years I can understand where Coulter is coming from.

Wait. What? Baron has been hands off and the press has given him all the privacy possible?

Ann Coulter is a ****. You can figure out the word, but I rarely ever use it. Deleting a tweet or whatever X now calls it doesn't really make it go away now, does it Ann?

https://wgntv.com/news/ann-coulter-criticized-for-now-deleted-post-mocking-tim-walzs-son/

"Conservative commentator Ann Coulter was roundly criticized on social media over a now-deleted post where she mocked the behavior of the son of vice presidential nominee Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz at the Democratic National Convention (DNC).

“Talk about weird …” Coulter posted on X alongside a link to an article about Walz’s son, Gus, getting emotional during his father’s Wednesday speech in Chicago.

Gus Walz became most emotional when his father addressed the family directly during his remarks about the family’s fertility struggles."

Now for the facts:

"It applies only to individuals with at least $100 million in wealth who do not pay at least a 25% tax rate on their income (inclusive of unrealized capital gains). Payments can be spread out over subsequent years."

"In short, it would not apply to most startup founders or investors. If any group should be tweeting mad face emojis, it's top hedge fund managers."

C'mon, I'm sure Greg has at least $100 million net worth from installing all those high end backyard BBQs.

H.R. McMaster won't tell you who to vote for and he won't say who he is voting for but anyone still thinking Trump is their guy should watch this interview from CBS Sunday Morning

He does have his book out today and I'd wager he doesn't want to alienate any potential sales from the MAGA crowd. In business we used to call it working both sides of the street.

In his Sunday Morning interview he was more blunt.

'The title of the thread is good bye in midwestern slang, Canadian slang, Inuit, Japanese, and Hawaiian, all spoken by the natives of the places we'll be visiting.

In other words I'm outta here. Don't know if I'll have time to read or post to the forum, although there are a lot of sea days. It depends on how good the internet is aboard the boat. I did buy a Pickle Ball racket and plan to learn how to play onboard.

My subscription here expires in mid September and don't know if I'll renew or not, but I usually do. Although, I haven't sold anything in years and this political forum is the only semi-active thing going on Astromart except for the classifieds.

Without our arch nemesis posting even this forum is slow. LOL.

Enjoy all the campaign commercials, I'm already sick of them all.

Thanks guys. I’m in Seattle now and the boat leaves Sunday. I’ll be visiting my late brother’s son and his family who live in Ballard, which is a little north of downtown today and tomorrow.

Yeah Greg, we can all be dicks, some of us more than others. LOL.

Speaking of trips, I have just returned from a 900+ mile tour of the western US. Traversed 21 states and visited 19 national parks as well as historical places like Deadwood. Two great things about the US are your interstate highway system, and your national parks, especially with the senior pass. I wish Oz had such a great system.

Cheers,

Hi Maurice, I'm planning on a trip out west next year. How long did you take to do that many states and NPs? Did you stay in hotels the whole trip? That can get expensive, I plan on camping some of the time and staying in hotels and with friends the rest of the trip. Yeah, the interstates are great except that most every exit in a town or city all look the same.

When I left home I bought gas for $2.99 gal. Here in Seattle it's $4.29 gal or more. I've never seen so many Teslas on the road. Haven't see a single Cybertruck, so many the folks in these parts have good taste.
