Regardless of the decision, what sticks in my craw his his opening statement about a left wing conspiracy initiated via the Clinton's as "revenge" for Trump's victory in 2016. That's just plain partisan lunacy. His statements were not off-the-cuff remarks. They were premeditated and prepared written remarks that he read to the nation.
Mrs Clinton laughed when a reporter read the remarks to her but this is no laughing matter. This man clearly is not the "neutral umpire" he claimed to be when he answered questions during the nomination process. Those insane statements of his own doing should be his undoing...

Then as of today they are shouting "Seal the report!"

They are riding the "blue wave" right down the toilet like champions LOL.....
The Democrats I've seen in the news who have read the report want in unsealed for a variety of reasons. Now, a former supreme court justice who listened to the candidate's statements and previously supported him wants him disqualified:

So do hundreds of law professors who expressed their opinion of him in an op-ed the other day.

The only LUNACY came from your side of the aisle, and it certainly takes an IMMENSE HUTZPAH on your part to even mention his partisanship, when EVERY SINGLE Democrat on the Judiciary committee, the one that is supposed to consider his scholarship only in making their decision about him, attacked him as not only a sexual offender, but a predator, and a Gang rapist.

To have the temerity to sit on your high horse of indignation about the man, when they ran him through the mud with ZERO concern for the consequences to his life and his family is the ultimate in gall.

And WHO exactly did this dastardly deed of ripping apart his GOOD name and his Character?? Which person(s) on that committee did so?  It was ALL the Democrats, one after the next who impugned his character and treated him as a common criminal.

So who is partisan exactly??  Him?  Hell, he was simply defending himself from the mob carrying torches and pitchforks.

No wonder he exhibited a defense against a certain political Demographic.  Who the hell wouldn't?  It was that Group, ALL Democrats that attacked him mercilessly.

Is he supposed to be equally upset with the Republicans, when they were the only ones to treat him with a modicum of decency, dignity, respect, and humanity??

How stupid can one get to say he's partisan when the MOB of Democrats were the ones atttacking him.

Your characterization of him as partisan is so damned absurd and idiotic that it is enough to make a person's head spin.

Your asinine description is tantamount to finding a man shipwrecked by himself on a desert Island, who comes upon a group of Island Natives who surround him and beat him with their fists and feet, punching and kicking him until he finally reaches out and throws a punch back, and then you comment that he must have a prejudice against the native people because they were the only ones he punched back at.

Your assertion is just that stupid.
Richard,
The craziness you exhibit in your post, as well as others, only serves to defeat whatever it is that you think you are trying to do. Neutral judges don't "punch back", especially by making overtly and insanely partisan statement as inane as the Clinton's taking revenge for their loss in 2016. That's as obviously as insane and inane as it gets. Brett himself delivered a half-assed apology today in an op-ed in the WSJ. Nobody's buying that HS except you and a few other wingnuts...

Greg,
Lol!
You just proved what I suspected all along, you got it all wrong from the get go. Nobody called for the documents to remain "sealed" as you claimed in your original post.
They already are sealed except to those who are  authorized to see them and to do otherwise is illegal.
Do don't know what the ---- you are even talking about...
"Then as of today they are shouting "Seal the report!" GS and his BS!

James,
It's not my fault. It's the fault of the Clintons for unleashing the left wing conspiracy against Brett as "revenge" for their loss in 2016. That's obvious and Brett informed everyone of this fact so we would all be on the same page. Not that it really matters since Bret already said it ruined his life, Maybe he'll feel better when he gets elevated to the court and celebrates by going out and having a big gulp beer or two or more but don't worry, he knows when to stop. I also don't think he has too much to worry about since the FBI report about him is confidential and even he can tell you releasing it is illegal.
Maybe he apologized because he just felt guilty. I suppose those 300 plus pious priests and cardinals that reportedly did what they did after denying what they did "might" have felt guilty about it even though it might have happened decades ago...

James,
And one more thing, just consider this: since he blamed the Clintons and their lust for "revenge" against him, he must have the evidence to support his accusation. I'm sure he's keeping safe. But before he even did that, you need to consider the intellect involved in piecing it all together and putting it down on the printed page before reading it to the nation. Not to mention appearing on fair and balanced "Fox News" as his choice for independent thought and objectivity. He's obviously a neutral and disinterested third party when it comes to presenting himself to the public. When you consider all of this in its totality, it's an injustice to have him as an associate justice. He should be the chief justice!

James,
It's my fault for dwelling on this but perhaps you can help me with one more thing. Since the revelation that the Clinton's "revenge" is really one for the books, do you have any ideas on how to obtain an autographed copy of the associate justice's hand-penned speech to the nation? Can we petition the court? If you have any ideas, PM me. Additionally, if the good judge attends Sunday services in your locale where he'll be giving a speech on the separation of church and state, send me an autographed copy of that. too. Perhaps it can be posted as the AM picture of the day. And those 300 pious priests, bishops and cardinal in attendance on their road to redemption might just be there as well so send a snapshot of them, too. OTH, their accusers probably lied about it just like Ford, so leave them out of it...

Oh, James, one more thing if I can,
If Mike Pence comes to town to attend another one of his "funerals for a fetus" events, be sure and PM me about that one so I can have a heads-up about it. I'd like to suggest that one of those 300 defrocked pious priests who are on their way back on the road to redemption officiate. That'll make the whole thing as legitimate as it can possibly be...
