Your list is interesting.  Although I did not watch, the list looks a lot like Biden made a desperate political ploy, designed to deflect attention from the issues that hurt Biden to his "strengths."  Who would expect anything different?  Politics in an election year.   Jim

Was listening to talk radio when I drove to lunch today.....it seems Biden is now walking a LOT of it back today as his advisors are whispering in his ear that he royally screwed the pooch.....
